CariVU – This is a caries, or dental decay, detection device that uses near infrared transillumination technology. What does that mean? You can’t treat what you can’t see - CariVU gives our dentists the eyes they need to give you a proper diagnosis of your teeth.

Intraoral Cameras – This sleek and easy-to-use device makes your dental experience more comfortable. Using a pen-shaped tool, our dentists can easily maneuver the camera to take pictures of your gums and teeth at any angle with ease. The images projected onto a nearby screen, so we can show you in real-time what we’re finding in your mouth. Instead of explaining everything that’s happening in your mouth, we’re able to show you.

iTero – This is a revolutionary intra-oral scanner that captures thousands of pictures inside your mouth using a thin tool known as a wand. These images amass as your dentist moves the wand along your teeth, creating a highly realistic 3D model of your mouth, gums, and teeth. This rendering allows our dentists to see exactly what we’re dealing with, so we can treat your smile in the best way possible.

CBCT – CBCT, short for Cone Beam Computed Tomography, is a medical imaging technique used when regular dental x-rays aren’t enough. CBCT provides a state-of-the-art 3D image of the structures beneath your teeth, so your dentist can see straight to the roots, canals, and bone structures of your mouth. These targeted, detailed scans are invaluable for precise diagnosis and treatment. Plus, since we deliver this in-house, there’s no need to send you off to a radiology lab.

CEREC – CEREC, which stands for Chairside Economic Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics, is a machine that uses 3D photography and CAD/CAM technology (short for computer-aided design & computer-aided manufacturing). Simply put, it produces 3D images of your mouth for a detailed, highly accurate digital impression – no clay-filled trays needed! Using this digital impression, the system can determine the needed dental work and provide a detailed model for virtual restoration. The milling attachment machine then creates a perfect, custom crown, inlay, or onlay right in our office.

Soft Tissue Laser – We use lasers, extremely focused light beams, to alter tissue for precise, fast results. In place of blades and invasive tools, lasers are quickly becoming the gold standard for common procedures.
