Dr. Renee Chow brings her love of restorative dentistry and her exacting nature to create beautiful solutions for her dental patients in the San Francisco community.

Dr. Chow grew up in the San Francisco community, working in her family’s restaurant. An early love of science and her innate ability to work well with people lead her to a career in healthcare.

She would go on to earn an MS in Biology leading her to work in academic research. It was only after volunteering for free dental clinics in San Francisco that she discovered her true calling. She enrolled in the University of California, San Francisco and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2014. She did her advanced residency at Kokua Kalihi Valley Health Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Since then, Dr. Chow has been happily applying her skills helping the people of her hometown community with her San Francisco dentist team. She believes strongly in patient-focused dentistry, taking the time to get to know her patients and ensuring they understand every aspect of their treatment. She loves the artistic side of the field, crafting stunning solutions for challenging dental concerns. Dr. Chow understands that she’s not just restoring a smile, she’s restoring a person’s confidence making her one of the premier dentists San Francisco.

In her free time, Dr. Chow enjoys the incredible natural scenery the Bay Area has to offer. She’s passionate about hiking, running, and photography. She and her husband, Sam, love to travel, especially to locations offering opportunities for scuba diving. Closer to home, they enjoy the great restaurants and culture San Francisco has to offer.
